Haddon模型原理及其发展

摘要:

Haddon模型是用来分析意外伤害危险因素,研究干预策略的经典概念模型。本文基于国内外文献分析,深化对Haddon模型的认识,并了解其最新发展。Haddon模型在国外广泛应用,但在国内应用较少。"望远镜-棱镜理论"是Haddon模型的最新发展,该模型融合了生命历程理论,强调伤害形成及影响具有长期性和广泛的社会生态性,可为意外伤害干预策略研究提供更系统的理论框架。

Abstract:

Haddon model is a classical conceptual model which aims to analyze the risk factors of accidental injury and to develop intervention strategies. Based on domestic and foreign literatures, we deepened the understanding of the Haddon model and followed the latest developments. Haddon model is widely applied in foreign countries but seldom adopted in researches conducted in China. The "lens and telescope" conceptual model is the latest development of Haddon model, which integrates life course theory,emphasizes that the formation and impact of injury has long-term character and extensive social ecology, and it also provides a more systematic theoretical framework for the study of accidental injury intervention strategy.
