高效液相色谱-光度法测定食品中的碘

建立了测定碘的高效液相色谱光度法,结果为:ShimpackDIOL150柱,甲醇-001mol/L磷酸(10∶90)作流动相,流速为12ml/min,检测波长为224nm。线性范围为0010~10mg/L,检出限为1μg/L。用于奶粉和食盐测定时,相对标准偏差为29%~87%,加标回收率为93%~103%。

Abstract:

method for determination of iodine by high performance liquid chromatographyspectrophotometry has been established.The chromatography conditions were:column,Shim-pack DIOL150;mobile phase,methanol001mol/L H_3PO4(10∶90);flow rate,12ml/min;detection wavelength,224nm.The linear range was from 0.010mg/L to 1.0mg/L with a correlation coefficiency of 09993.The detection limit of iodine was 1μg/L.The method has been applied to the analysis of milk powder and table salt.The RSD was in the range from 2.9%~8.7% and the recovery was from 93%~103%.
